2012 UHHP Workshop Series
United Homeless Healthcare Partners (UHHP) is pleased to offer several exciting new workshops in 2012. Each workshop series is a part of a larger initiative to increase capacity, share lessons learned and create communities of practice that examine innovative ways to serve homeless and chronically homeless individuals and families in Los Angeles County.
We invite you to participate in these workshops and join the communities of practice committed to ending homelessness in Los Angeles County.
